we hope you would appreciate us making available our Safe Hospitality Protocol which will allow you to travel in our beautiful Country, spending your stay in total safety.

Smart Hotel Holiday is equipped with:

- certified personal protective equipment (PPE) (masks, gloves)

- dispenser with disinfectant solutions, indicated in various languages and available in strategic places (at the reception, at the bathrooms entrance, lifts, etc.)

- protective plexiglass at the reception desk and spacing lines on the floor

- termoscanner

There are also vertical signs which invite the use of the lift one person or family at the time, as well as horizontal signs reminding to keep safety distance of at least 1 meter.

The sanitization process is carried out on a daily basis in the corridors, in the common areas and in the rooms, with particular attention to the contact areas, using disinfectants approved by the Ministry of Health as a Medical Surgical Device, a base of sodium hypochlorite diluted to 0.1% ( or with a higher concentration, up to 0.5%, for baths) or with alcohol at 70% concentration.

All areas are frequently ventilated, floors are washed and sanitized several times a day

The hotel has no carpeting in either any common areas or rooms.

Restaurant & Bar

The Restaurant is open for dinner from 7 PM.

The dining room for breakfast is open every morning from 7 AM till 10 AM.

The Bar will be open for hot and cold drinks instead.

Room cleaning and linen sanitization

Daily cleaning will be improved, paying particular attention to objects that come into contact with guests (switches, handles, telephone, remote controls, etc.). "In addition, the maid will change gloves in each room and obviously the room will be sanitized at each change of guest.

Our laundries have been certified since June 29^th, 2007 according to UNI EN 14.065 – Linee Guida RABC Assosistema Confidustria- which establishes specific standards and operating methods to guarantee the hygiene of the treated textiles.

It is a system safe and reliable, which guarantees certified hygiene procedures.
